Registration Fee Categories:
Regular Registration: $195 + HST ($220.35)
Student* Registration: $75 + HST (84.75)
Field Trip: $50
* Valid student proof is required to finalize student registration, i.e. proof of registration for the 2012 academic year or student ID with valid through date. Please include this information when you fax or email your registration form. Failure to do so will require payment of the difference between the Student and Regular Registration fee rates.
Regular Registration Fee includes:
• Access to all sessions
• Access to poster sessions
• Delegate material
• Grab ‘n Go Breakfast and Cold Lunch each day
• Welcome Dinner on May 14th – buffet style hot dinner and a cash bar
Student Registration Fee includes:

• Grab ‘n Go Breakfast and Cold Lunch each day
There is a $30 fee for those students who wish to attend the dinner on the evening of May 14th. Signify your intention to attend on your registration form and $30 will be added to your registration fees.
Field Trip Fee Includes:
• Site visit to Resolute sawmill in Thunder Bay
• Site visit to biomass harvesting operations

Payment:
Payment accepted by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) in Canadian funds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All fees, less a $25 administrative charge are refundable for those cancellations received in writing prior to April 14, 2012. No refunds will be issued after April 14, 2012.

On-Campus:
- $113/night: Basic, four-bedroom apartment
- $158.20/night: Fully equipped four-bedroom apartment
- $39.55/night: Single dormitory
Other Accomodations (limited space):
